正品蓝导航 has appointed Courtney Pringle-Carver as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for a five-year term, marking a significant step as the University prepares to move into the implementation phase of its Strategic Plan. While Pringle-Carver takes on the role of CSO, she will maintain her position as Vice President, University Advancement.
The newly established CSO role is a central component of 正品蓝导航鈥檚 efforts to translate strategic priorities into coordinated, institution-wide action. As Chief Strategy Officer, Pringle-Carver will lead the implementation of the Strategic Plan and chair the Strategic Plan Implementation Group, ensuring strong alignment, accountability, and measurable progress across the University.

In her role, Pringle-Carver will work closely with academic and administrative leaders to advance initiatives that support 正品蓝导航鈥檚 academic priorities, enhance the student experience, and strengthen the University鈥檚 long-term sustainability.
Pringle-Carver currently serves as Vice President, University Advancement, and is a senior executive with nearly two decades of experience shaping strategy and institutional direction in complex public-interest institutions. Fluently bilingual, she has worked across public, private and post-secondary environments.
She holds an MPA from Dalhousie University, the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors (Rotman School of Management) and is completing an LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School focused on corporate governance and business law. A recipient of Canada鈥檚 Top 40 Under 40 and a Canada 150 award for community service, her contributions to the success of organizations have been recognized nationally.
